In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

abc44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit abc44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

abc44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
